The culmination of our European tour was performing Duane Forrest’s Climb for five sold-out nights in Milano, Italy as the only English show at Fringe Festival Milan 2023. Bassist/composer Jillian McKenna and I backed Duane through this incredibly dynamic and personal hour of music and storytelling exploring vulnerability, masculinity, mental health, and perseverance.
